Sunday morning our water heater started leaking. Called several 24/7 plumbers with no call back. Over 15 other local plumbers later, we called Jose. He heard my description of the problem and rearranged his schedule. He was at our house within 30min and immediately diagnosed the problem. It was much worse than we thought. He explained all costs upfront gave us a through description of prices. (He followed all the social distancing protocols as well). Couldn’t recommend him more! He will be our first call from now on!

I want to thank Jose for a superb job replacing my water heater. I didn't give him some pertinent information about the change in tank size which caused the job to take a little longer and cost a little more, but Jose

was very knowledgeable and was able to acquire the extra parts and the cost was still reasonable. Although it was late he did not complain, he worked tirelessly to complete the job. He had such a positive attitude and was very professional. I truly recommend AM/PM Plumbing to anyone needing an honest and reliable person who really cares about his customers needs. These guys are very friendly, professional and prompt. We woke up early on a Sunday morning and discovered our water heater was leaking out the top. They came out within a couple of hours after I called to replace the leaky water heater. They took very good care of us. We're thrilled with the service we received and the price was very fair. We found out our water heater had been leaking (by finding soaked carpet in our daughter's closet) so we called Hot Water Heroes. The receptionist was fantastic, listened to everything, had much more knowledge about plumbing than I expected and sent over a technician a couple hours later for a free estimate (since I'm in the Des Moines area). We moved ahead with the work and we had the work done the next day. I am very pleased with the quick response, the service, the quality of work, and the honesty of this company. We were referred to them from our mechanic and I truly believe that this is the way to find quality companies. I definitely recommend AM PM Plumbing.

I contacted Hot Water Heroes for an estimate on replacing a 15-year old water heater. Brian came out the same day (within 30 minutes of my phone call) and gave me an estimate on the spot. I later had to cancel the installation, but Hot Water Heroes was very understanding of the situation and polite about it. They were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I would definitely turn to them in the future for any plumbing needs, and you should too!

Jose was Awesome!. I found out my water heater had a crack at the bottom this morning. and was leaking everywhere. After calling Jose he was able to come by same day and replace my water heater! By the time I came home he had already removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one with new everything with in a few hours. Never had to take a cold shower! He was fast and the price was unbeatable. Thanks Jose!

We always receive amazing service from Jose -- no matter what time of the day/night. We recently moved into a home where our water heater was failing us and he was able to fit us in with our installation -- even going to fit us in at 9pm (a 2.5 hour job) - that's GREAT customer service! However, we pushed it a day further and he was promptly on time, brought up our trash bin from the curb, and eagerly began the removal and installation. We could not recommend another company, as AM PM Plumbing is everything you need!

I called and they were able to get Frankie over to me in no time! Frankie was so kind and informative, he let me know everything he planned on doing and asked permission before he did anything. I felt confident in his knowledge, and surely appreciated his friendliness along with his professionalism. He clearly loves his job and it shows!

Gary did a very efficient and timely installation of our new Bradford-White Water Heater.
